As the Spa is very popular we advise that you make your bookings well in advance of your preferred date, so that we can meet your individual requirements. As we have a comprehensive spa menu - please call us and we can help you select the most suitable program according to your needs.

Cancellation Policy

You will be required to provide your credit card details to secure your booking, 24 hours notice must be given for cancellations/alterations, otherwise 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.

Arrival Time

Upon booking our receptionist will provide you with your arrival time for your treatments, so please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive for your Saltair Spa Retreat pamper.

If You Are Late for Your Appointment:
Please plan your day carefully, all treatments will conclude at the scheduled time.

What to Wear

Please arrive freshly showered and wear comfortable clothing. Spa attire will be provided for body treatments. If you are enjoying our water therapy treatments, bathers are optional.

Spa Etiquette

The spa provides a wonderful relaxing environment for you to enjoy your pamper. Please respect all of our customers by using a lowered voice and ensuring that all mobile phones and pagers are turned off prior to entering the Saltair Spa Retreat.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for all treatments and retreats. Purchases can be made at reception, by telephone or by email, vouchers can be sent to purchaser or recipient.
